About Me

In the year 2000 I landed on a yoga mat for the first time. Without being aware of it, I felt physically and mentally satisfied afterwards. My personal path of yoga had begun! In the following years I deepened my yoga practice. The path led me through different yoga styles like Hatha, Bikram, Power and Vinyasa. With the dynamic Vinyasa Yoga I had finally found "my" yoga style, which makes the most sense for me and my body. I have remained true to this style to this day.

My Classes

I offer individually adapted yoga classes in the areas of Business Yoga, Personal Yoga and Pre-/Postnatal Yoga. The focus is on the correct alignment of the body and the individual needs of my students.

Business Yoga

Healthy and motivated employees are crucial for the success of a company. Many employers have recognized this and promote the physical and mental fitness of their teams with their own yoga program. Business Yoga offers a clear break from the hectic work routine. Stress and tension are relieved through selected exercises, body and mind are refreshed and energized. The regular practice of yoga can make everyday life and work more stress-free, balanced and focused.

Personal Yoga

Personal Yoga or private instruction is a very intensive and effective form of yoga practice. It offers a great opportunity to practice safely, learn and ask many questions. The individual instruction helps you to get to know your own possibilities and limits better. Through detailed help in the individual Yoga Asanas, progress in the Yoga practice can be achieved quickly.

Pre & Postnatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga helps to prevent pregnancy complaints, to remain flexible and relaxed and to go into childbirth with a good body feeling. The focus in Postnatal Yoga is primarily on finding one's way back to body awareness and one's own centre after pregnancy and birth and on strengthening the pelvic floor.
