In the year 2000 I landed on a yoga mat for the first time. Without being aware of it, I felt physically and mentally satisfied afterwards. My personal path of yoga had begun! In the following years I deepened my yoga practice. The path led me through different yoga styles like Hatha, Bikram, Power and Vinyasa. With the dynamic Vinyasa Yoga I had finally found "my" yoga style, which makes the most sense for me and my body. I have remained true to this style to this day.
